PRODUCTION TEAM MEMBER

Description Imperial is seeking a Production Team Member to join the Production team to help us maintain the highest standards in our screen printing processes. This role requires a detail-oriented and motivated individual who will assist in various aspects of the screen printing process, including running the press, pulling printed shirts, and stacking the finished product. The ideal candidate should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, follow instructions accurately, and ensure good quality. Salary: Up to $15/hour – Depending on Experience Schedule: 7:00 – 3:00 M-F, (Day Shift, subject to change for Summer Hours) Responsibilities: Screen Printing Operations: Assist in running the press, pulling printed shirts, and stacking the finished product. Quality Assurance: Ensure good quality and attention to detail throughout the production process. Team Collaboration: Work as part of a team to maintain efficiency and quality in a fast-paced environment. Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Additional Tasks: Assist with other tasks related to the screen-printing process, as needed. Qualifications: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and teamwork skills. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to maintain good attendance.
