AE - Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate)

YOUR ROLE

As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day! Your goal is to provide everyone who comes into the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they arrived. You are the face of our company, love the products, and are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest. Most of all, you represent our company values and bring your real self to work each day.

JOB DESCRIPTION

You will use the AEO Selling Model to engage with guests, helping them find exactly what they need while maintaining a "friends first" mindset. You will educate guests on AEO and Aerie products, introduce the AEO loyalty program, and be able to flex between the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as required. You will proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy and work as a team player who respects integrity and company procedures.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You use the AEO Selling Model to engage guests with a "friends first" mindset. You educate guests on AEO and Aerie product details and make suitable suggestions. You introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels. You flex between Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed. You proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy. You assist your team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive environment. You act with integrity and comply with all AEO policies and procedures.

YOU'LL BE GREAT FOR THIS ROLE IF

You love interacting with people. You are energetic and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. You are available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. You love and are knowledgeable about AE and Aerie products. You have prior retail experience. You are at least 16 years of age.

PAY/BENEFITS INFORMATION

Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to experience and location. Subject to eligibility requirements, associates may receive paid sick leave and benefits at AEO’s discretion. Paid time off, paid sick leave, and holiday pay vary by job level, type, location, classification (part‑time or full‑time, exempt or non‑exempt) and years of service.
