This role is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to provide support to clients from the comfort of your own home or preferred setting.   • Conduct comprehensive assessments of client needs to develop tailored therapy plans that address their unique circumstances and therapeutic goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve encompass a diverse range of ages and backgrounds, grappling with various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

  • A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.

  • Valid and current LCMHC licensure in Vermont is mandatory.

  • Strong understanding of and experience with evidence-based treatment methodologies, tailored to suit client needs.

Preferred Experience\n

  • At least 2 years of post-licensure experience in a behavioral health setting.

  • Experience treating diverse populations, including but not limited to, adolescents, families, and individuals facing unique socio-economic challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n
