This role requires the ability to make quick decisions and work effectively under pressure. The nurse will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Continual assessment of patient needs and timely interventions are essential responsibilities. Strong communication skills are vital for working with patients, families, and staff. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed is crucial for this position. The ideal candidate will demonstrate compassion and professionalism in care delivery.
