Electra Aero

Electra seeks a General Counsel to lead the company’s legal function as we move from certification to commercialization. You will report to the CEO, sit on the leadership team, and own corporate governance, financing, IP strategy, and compliance across the business.

You will establish the structure, hire outside counsel, and create policies to scale responsibly toward first flight and production. A hands-on, growth-stage legal leader with in-house GC experience is essential.
