# Automotive Restoration Shop ManagerManagementFULL TIMELeague City, TX## About This RoleLeague City Classics, a premier **classic car restoration shop** serving the Houston area, is seeking an experienced **Shop Manager** to oversee daily operations and lead our talented team of automotive technicians. This role is central to ensuring smooth workflow, top-quality craftsmanship, and clear communication between staff, clients, and ownership.## ResponsibilitiesManage **day-to-day shop operations**, ensuring projects stay on schedule.Assign labor and tasks to restoration technicians based on skill and project needs.Monitor workflow, quality, and progress on **frame-off restorations, mechanical repairs, paint & body work, and performance upgrades**.Communicate with clients as needed, providing updates and building trust in our restoration process.Coordinate with the company owner and off-site personnel to align projects with company goals.Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment in the shop.Support documentation of work completed (photos, notes, etc.) for internal records and client updates.## QualificationsPrevious management experience in an **automotive shop, restoration facility, or related industry**.Strong knowledge of **classic car restoration, hot rods, or performance upgrades**.Proven ability to **lead and motivate a technical team**, balancing quality with productivity.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Professional, client-facing demeanor with the ability to explain technical progress in clear terms.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to shifting project needs.### Compensation & BenefitsSalary Range$50,000 - $75,000/year### How to ApplyApply directly using the form below on this page.Have photos or videos of your work?
