Mechanical Project Manager

NORTH STATE MECHANICAL

Job Description

North State Mechanical is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager for commercial and government projects, HVAC Mechanical or general experience required need at least 10 years trade experience and 5 years supervisory experience, Benefit package, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401K, Truck and Paid Vacation, Holidays, Competitive Pay.

Job Locations

Camp Lejeune, Camp Johnson, Marine Corps Air Station New River, Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point NC

Job Summary

To provide leadership and to establish and maintain effective and harmonious working relationships with all those involved in the project.
To meet at regular intervals with the customer
To coordinate the functions of the scheduling and purchasing departments as they relate to progress.
To have a complete and thorough knowledge and understanding of the Contract Documents, the Scope of Work, Material Contracts and Subcontracts.
To see that the prescribed quality control measures are implemented and maintained.
