We're looking for an operations and culinary leader who can provide our guests with a fantastic food & beverage experience. We require a supervisor who is capable of overseeing the entire kitchen and front-of-the-house operations. Passion for food and beverage and the ability to inspire others to be innovative and enthusiastic.

• Front-of-house experience

• Combine diverse ingredients in a unique way to create new and distinctive menu items and specials

• Manage controllable department expenses such as food, supplies, uniforms, and equipment, and collaborate with vendors to achieve the highest quality products at the most reasonable price

• Coordinate all kitchen food preparation, including processes, portioning, and garnishing, and ensure that all meals and dishes are presented elegantly

• Teach recruits and hire staff that suit the business culture to provide a welcoming atmosphere for kitchen employees

• Exceed guest expectations while increasing sales and profits and overseeing the success of day-to-day operations of the restaurant kitchen

• Must be able to meet all safety and sanitation requirements for kitchen equipment and food storage

• Strong leadership skills with experience leading, motivating, and developing a team

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification

• Must have 7-8 years of culinary experience for this role

• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests and coworkers
