What you'll do:
- Greet patients warmly and ensure a smooth check-in process
- Verify insurance, collect necessary documentation, and update patient records
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
- Answer phones and assist with general inquiries
- Protect patient confidentiality and maintain accurate records
What we're looking for:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Experience with medical office procedures preferred
