Senior Banking & Financial Regulatory Counsel

Phase2 Technology

Fredrikson & Byron is seeking an experienced attorney with 10+ years of banking and financial services regulatory experience to join our Madison team. You will advise on bank regulatory matters, M&A, and governance for a broad client base.

You will draft opinions, counsel on examinations and enforcement matters, and collaborate across practices to deliver strategic solutions, with opportunities to grow a client portfolio and support firm growth.
