Social Worker (MSW) Part Time 26 hours, Days, Atlantic Health Overlook Medical Center

Responsible for counseling, assessing, and assisting individuals/families or groups who are affected by illnesses or injuries, including rape, physical abuse, cancer, AIDS, and Alzheimer's, that may impair their ability to function normally. Principal Accountabilities Provides psychosocial assessments to determine patient needs, makes appropriate referrals, provides counseling and supportive services to patients/families, makes referrals to the Division of Child Protection and Permanency (DCP&P). Identifies and maintains funding sources which supports the Family Counseling & Guidance Program. Maintains statistical information and analysis of data, develops outcome and measures for program evaluation, program development and facilitation of program.
