You're the reason a building's HVAC system just works, day after day, without anyone upstairs ever thinking about it. Air handlers, rooftop units, chillers, cooling towers, boilers you roll up, you know exactly what to look for, and you catch the small stuff before it turns into a 2 a.m. emergency call for somebody else. In. Out. On to the next stop. No two properties run the same, and no two visits look the same either that's what keeps this job sharp instead of stale.

What You'll Do

• Travel to commercial properties as scheduled your route, your responsibility
• Perform routine maintenance on air handlers, rooftop units, chillers, cooling towers, and boilers
• Inspect systems like you're hunting for trouble, because you are catch problems before they become breakdowns
• Check refrigerant levels, belts, motors, filters, and overall performance
• Clean coils, fans, and other key components so equipment runs the way it's supposed to
• Keep your tools, parts, and equipment inventory squared away a disorganized truck is a wasted stop
• Document findings, recommendations, and completed work clearly enough that the next tech (or you, six months from now) knows exactly what happened
• Back up senior techs on repairs or upgrades when needed, and pick up what you can along the way

What You Need

• 12 years of commercial HVAC maintenance experience
• EPA certification required, no exceptions
• Able to lift 50+ lbs regularly, 75+ lbs occasionally
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable with manual and power tools
• Self-motivated you don't need someone standing over you to get the job done right
• Solid communication skills with customers
• Attention to detail and respect for safety protocols the kind that never becomes a "we'll get to it later"

Nice to have: Completion of an HVAC training program or apprenticeship.
