Company URL: Responsibilities Independently manage only workers' compensation claims by investigating and approving related medical treatment. Handle all technical aspects of claims including coverage, medical management, file management, subrogation, reserving and settlement. Maintain and demonstrate knowledge of the Workers' Compensation Act and Rules and Regulations in the jurisdictions assigned. Interpret medical records applying medical terminology. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred 0-2 years’ experience in workers’ compensation Possess effective interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills. Demonstrate well‑developed oral and written communication skills. Demonstrate evidence of self‑motivation and the ability to effectively multi‑task. Interdepartmental collaboration and innovation with underwriting, loss control, business development and marketing. Have or will secure a Property and Casualty License within 120 days of employment.
