As a remote support specialist, you will assist Italian-speaking clients with their inquiries and technical issues, ensuring a seamless support experience. Responsibilities Provide high-quality support to Italian-speaking customers via remote channels, including phone, email, and chat. Diagnose and resolve various technical issues related to software, hardware, and applications. Assist customers with product functionalities and offer solutions tailored to their needs. Document support cases thoroughly and accurately in the system, maintaining comprehensive records. Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and address complex problems effectively. Follow up with clients to ensure their issues are fully resolved and to gauge satisfaction with the service provided. Stay updated on industry trends and company products to enhance knowledge and provide informed support. Fluency in Italian and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Previous experience in customer support or a technical support role is preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively. Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with remote support tools and CRM systems is a plus.
