Responsibilities Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our V.I.B.E.S service model Actively champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns Drive recruitment and staffing efforts to ensure consistent store coverage throughout the year Lead the team in achieving performance metrics including sales, customer service, and product engagement Own and lead all daily retail operations, driving team accountability Coordinate, delegate, and prioritize tasks to maintain smooth store operations Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about current product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives Adhere to all HEYDUDE policies, including Asset Protection procedures Core Competencies Demonstrates strong leadership in retail operations, driving team performance and accountability while delivering exceptional consumer experiences. Proven ability to inspire and empower teams in a fast-paced retail environment. Requirements Must be 18 years or older 4+ years of retail experience with a preference for candidates with prior Store Manager experience Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment Proven track record inspiring and empowering teams while driving performance and achieving results Demonstrates exceptional written and verbal communication skills Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record may be required #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
