It is now seeking to appoint an experienced Conveyancer to focus on a high-quality Residential caseload and lead its Conveyancing team in Coventry.Our client handles a significant amount of residential and commercial property transactions – as an experienced Property Lawyer (7PQE+), you will be expected to assist your colleagues with complex, high-value matters – prior experience of managing junior and mid-level team members is essential. Extensive experience of dealing with complex Residential caseloads is equally essential, as you will be expected to act as the go-to person for technical advice to the team.
