Position Details Title: Physical Therapist Location/Work environment: In facility Reporting structure: Reporting to Director of Rehab Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision plans for full‑time team members; Dental and Vision for part‑time team members. Responsibilities As a Physical Therapist, you help patients get well by assessing their needs, developing recovery plans, and delivering physical therapy. Design and implement individualized therapy programs that restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities. Adapt to each patient’s needs in various settings. Collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure comprehensive care. Educate patients and caregivers on strategies that promote independence and productivity. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or proof of license and eligibility. Must hold a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; or a Master’s in a related field plus a bachelor’s in Physical Therapy; or a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy plus five years of progressively responsible PT experience; or an equivalent U.S. degree if earned outside the U.S. Compensation Posted salary range: USD $43.00 – $50.00 per hour.
