Romo Group Product Specialist

Assist design professionals in sourcing fabrics, wallcoverings and other Romo Group products appropriate for their individual projects.

Schedule and conduct regular in-studio product presentations, including approximately 34 major collection launch cycles per year.

Develop a strategic call cycle that ensures consistent coverage of existing customers while creating time for new business development.

Build strong, meaningful and genuine relationships with customers and become a trusted resource within the greater design community.

Grow Romo's customer base through research, referrals, networking, social media, industry involvement and proactive prospecting.

Identify high-potential accounts and develop specific strategies to increase penetration and sales.

Manage designer sample libraries through la carte sampling and other sales and marketing tools, ensuring Romo products remain visible, current and easy to specify.

Establish customer-level sales targets, monitor performance and identify opportunities for growth.

Meet or exceed mutually agreed-upon annual sales goals.

Maintain accurate and timely records of customer activity, opportunities and sales calls within our CRM.

Prepare a quarterly territory review outlining performance, opportunities, priorities and action plans for accounts requiring additional attention.

Monitor competitive activity and provide meaningful market feedback to management.

Demonstrate integrity and a relentless commitment to world-class customer service.

Actively participate in industry events and become a visible member of the local design community.

Manage the territory with a high degree of independence, accountability and sound judgment.

Report to senior management.
