Registered Nurse - NICU

Job Description

Job Summary:
Provide specialized neonatal intensive care to newborn patients in a Level III/IV NICU. Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in a fast-paced environment, ensuring safety and optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Administer advanced neonatal interventions and monitoring for critically ill infants.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Document patient progress, interventions, and responses accurately and timely.
Follow established protocols, including certifications and compliance requirements.
Educate families on neonatal care, procedures, and ongoing health needs.
Maintain a sterile and safe environment during all clinical activities.

Qualifications:

Hold a valid state or compact nursing license prior to submission.
Possess at least 3 years of NICU nursing experience preferred.
Maintain current BLS and NRP certifications.
Demonstrate ability to handle critical neonatal situations effectively.
Willing to work 12-hour night shifts (19:00-07:30).
Will comply with 50-mile radius rule and travel requirements.
