We’re seeking an Assistant Pharmacy Manager to join a well-supported retail pharmacy team in Greensboro, NC. This is a great opportunity for an experienced pharmacist or a newer graduate with retail pharmacy experience who is looking for a stable schedule, strong team environment, and room for growth. Position Highlights 32-hour salaried base with opportunities to flex up to 40 hours Competitive hourly compensation Approximately $4,000 annual performance bonus potential Alternating schedule designed to provide consistent days off Well-staffed pharmacy team Approximately 900 prescriptions per week Annual merit increase opportunities 109 hours of PTO during year one Closed on Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter, and New Year's Day Pharmacy Hours Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM-7:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Sunday: 11:00 AM-5:00 PM Daily lunch closure: 2:00-2:30 PM Team Rotational pharmacy student support Qualifications Licensed Pharmacist or eligible for licensure in North Carolina New graduates welcome with retail pharmacy internship experience CPR certification Strong communication, leadership, and patient-care skills Opportunities to pick up additional hours across nearby locations Float radius of approximately 40 minutes Relocation support may include moving expenses, temporary housing, and lease-break assistance Two-step interview process with pharmacy leadership and store management In-person interviews preferred This is a strong opportunity for a pharmacist looking to step into leadership while maintaining a manageable schedule and supportive team environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
