Physical Therapist (PT)

Power Personnel

Job Description

Job Description

Are you an experienced Physical Therapist with a passion for orthopedic and sports medicine care?

We're seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (new grads welcome!) to join a well-established outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine practice with two idyllic locations — in San Francisco, CA and Mill Valley, CA. In this role, you'll provide one-on-one evaluation and treatment, guide patients through individualized rehabilitation plans, and help a diverse caseload — from young athletes to active elders — move out of pain and back into the activities they love.

If you're organized, athletic-minded, and inspired to help others recover and thrive, we encourage you to apply!

Why this opportunity?

Join a privately owned outpatient practice with decades of positive reputation in the community and a steady stream of referrals from top orthopedic physicians. This well-established outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine practice has built a culture centered on collaboration, structured mentorship, and leaving on time, with a team ranging from new grads to clinicians with nearly 30 years of experience.

What the job is like:

  • Pay: $95,000 – $125,000/year, depending on experience — guaranteed base salary plus performance incentives

  • Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM | Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM (Mill Valley) / 7:00 AM–6:00 PM (San Francisco) | Half-day Saturdays at both locations
