Senior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a visionary and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this leadership role, you will be the guardian of our brand identity, responsible for conceiving and executing high-level creative concepts that drive engagement across digital platforms and retail stores. You will not only set the visual standard for our website and marketing campaigns but also mentor junior team members, ensuring that every piece of creative—from web design to retail stores—reflects our luxury positioning and strategic goals. This is a role for a strategic thinker with a refined aesthetic and a passion for the premium home furnishings and lifestyle space. Lead Visual Strategy: Spearhead the design of sophisticated and elevated digital experiences, including website homepage layouts, landing pages, and category pages. Lead the creation of visual collateral for retail environments, including in-store signage, window displays, promotional materials, wayfinding elements, and event backdrops. Ensure that the physical brand expression is as elevated and cohesive as our digital presence. Define & Uphold Brand Standards: Evolve and enforce brand guidelines across all channels. Conduct regular design reviews to ensure all creative assets—including those designed by team members or other departments for social media and email—are strategically aligned with campaign objectives and maintain a cohesive luxury aesthetic. Advanced Web Execution & Optimization: Oversee the final build-out of designs within Shogun, conducting rigorous QA across desktop and mobile. Ensure all content is not only error-free but also optimized for performance, user experience (UI/UX), and conversion. Mentorship & Collaboration: Provide constructive feedback and guidance to junior designers and cross-functional partners, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Development teams to translate business requirements into compelling visual narratives. Innovation & Trend Analysis: Proactively research and identify emerging design trends, technologies, and best practices within the digital and luxury goods space. Apply these insights to keep our brand at the forefront of the industry. Experience: Minimum 5+ years of professional experience as a Visual Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role, with a proven track record of leading complex design projects from concept to completion. World-Class Portfolio: An exceptional portfolio demonstrating mastery of visual design, a keen eye for detail, and a strong point of view. Must showcase high-end, elevated work, preferably with ties to lifestyle, fashion, or home decor brands. Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and expert-level skills in digital design tools such as Sketch and Figma. Hands-on experience with web builders like Shogun is required. Deep UI/UX Understanding: A sophisticated understanding of web design and UI/UX principles, with the ability to design intuitive, user-centered digital experiences that also drive business results. Strategic Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale and strategic vision to stakeholders at all levels. Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated expertise in luxury visual branding, with a specialized focus on the premium home furnishings, décor, and lifestyle markets.
