Customer Success Project Manager

Leading complex customer initiatives, the full-time Customer Success Project Manager will manage project plans and coordinate cross-functional teams to enhance customer retention and satisfaction in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Lead customer projects and operational transformations from initiation to completion Develop and manage project timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications Drive process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED 2+ years of experience in project coordination and/or project management Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel Experience using Salesforce.com Strong organizational and analytical skills
