What You'll Do
- Welcome prospective residents and deliver engaging community tours
- Guide prospects through the leasing process from first contact to move-in
- Follow up consistently to convert leads into signed leases
- Process applications, lease agreements, and move-in paperwork accurately
- Maintain organized guest cards, traffic reports, and leasing records
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and community policies
- Build positive relationships with prospects, residents, and onsite teams
- Support daily office operations and occupancy goals
What We're Looking For
- Previous apartment leasing experience is required
- Strong sales, customer service, and closing skills
- Experience with conventional, luxury, affordable, student housing, or lease-up communities
- Affordable housing and LIHTC experience is a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- Experience with Yardi, AppFolio, RealPage, or similar property management software
- Professional, dependable, and adaptable
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to work at various locations
- Weekend availability
