Automotive Service Valet

Service Valet Job Summary The Service Valet is responsible for initially greeting and welcoming customers. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service and conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times. The Service Valet is also responsible for moving customers' vehicles out of the service drive, pulling them forward for delivery, if requested, and assisting in keeping the service drive and waiting area clean of debris or trash. Automotive service valet/drive attendants are an extension of the service consultants and management team.
