As a Medical Assistant , you will play a vital role in ensuring our clinic operates smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be the friendly face that welcomes patients, the organized professional who keeps things running behind the scenes, and a key part of our mission to provide top-notch care.

Your day-to-day will include:
- Greeting and checking in patients with warmth and professionalism.
- Scheduling appointments and managing patient records with accuracy.

- Billing tasks and prior authorizations.
- Assisting with clinical tasks, such as preparing treatment rooms and supporting the care team.
- Communicating with patients about their care plans and answering inquiries.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure a welcoming environment.

We’re looking for someone who brings:
- At least 1 year of experience in a medical or wellness setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- A compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A commitment to professionalism and attention to detail.

- At least 1-2 years of billing experience.
