This role focuses on helping residents improve mobility, strength, and functional independence. Key Responsibilities Implement treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function Monitor patient progress and report changes to supervising therapist Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy programs Accurately document treatments and patient responses in compliance with regulations Qualifications SNF or long-term care experience preferred Knowledge of current therapy practices Experience with Net Health or similar EMR systems preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Licensure Requirements Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in the State of New Mexico License must be active and in good standing #J-18808-Ljbffr
