We believe the next generation of consumer brands will be built differently — and we're building the AI-enabled retail tech platform to help them consolidate and win.Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:Pick and pack, order fulfillment on DTC ordersCreate shipping labels/shipments utilizing UPS and Fedex softwareLTL shipping, both paperwork and unloading/loading trucksTaking inventory counts and using ERP software to maintain accurate inventoryHandle and receipt products, boxes, inventory, deliveries in a professional wayInteract with customer service to resolve customer and order issuesInteract with Planning manager to compete shipments or prepare shipments in advanceAssisting with packing productions if neededQualification:3-5 years of shipping and rec'g experienceExperience with ERP platforms(SAP, Oracle, Ship station, etc…) or other WMS inventory and shipping systemsWord and Excel intermediate levelForklift experienceAble to lift products of 50-80lbExperience with customer serviceSalary USD 17 hourly.unybrands is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants for employment without any regard to race, skin color, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, and age.
