As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal, you will help maintain a secure environment by monitoring entry points, verifying authorized access, and responding to security-related concerns. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sun11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You\'ll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and credentials, maintain visitor logs, and control access to restricted areas in accordance with established procedures. Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders. Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, exterior areas, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Document incidents, access-control activities, and unusual occurrences accurately and promptly in required reports. Minimum Requirements: A Guard Card/License is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
