Production Machine Operator I (Night Shift) The role of Production Operator I is an experienced operator who will assist with production, quality, inventory, and packaging. Responsibilities They are responsible for operating injection molding machines and maintaining production flow in accordance with the work methods and standards established for the assigned area. The machine operator will report production, check parts, assure the quality of parts produced, and assist with scrap recording. They will follow 5S procedures and safety standards while on the job. They must also possess working knowledge of manufacturing safety, PPE, packaging, and the ability to identify production issues. Qualifications High school diploma Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Enthusiastic and self-starter Excellent team player Able to lift weight of up to 35lbs Desired Qualifications Technical (electrical, mechanical) education at junior college level Knowledge in Injection Molding Machines, Quality, Manufacturing and 5S Enthusiastic, hardworking and have a can-do attitude Rain Bird is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
