Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg (Rehabilitation) night shift position in Pasco, WA, requiring at least 1 year of acute care nursing experience and an active WA or compact RN license.

Details

• Located on the 2nd floor Rehabilitation unit of a 95-licensed-bed community hospital in Pasco, WA
• 10-bed rehabilitation unit serving adult, geriatric, orthopedic, neurologic, cardiovascular, stroke, amputation, and traumatic brain injury patients
• Patient ratio is 5:1
• Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Schedule is 36 hours per week
• Every other weekend required (weekend nights are Friday and Saturday)
• No on-call requirements
• Occasional floating to Med/Surg as needed
• Omnicell medication dispensing system in use
• EMR: Meditech

Requirements

• Active WA or compact RN license required
• AHA certifications required (BLS at minimum; specific certifications per position requirements)
• Minimum 1 year of acute care nursing experience required
• Social Security number required for consideration
• Date of birth required for consideration
• CCRN preferred but not required

Additional Information

• Rehabilitation nursing experience including GG scoring documentation is preferred
• Candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to qualify for travel rates
• Candidates must not have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
• Candidates cannot be employed full-time elsewhere during the assignment
• Any scrub color is acceptable
