You'll troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and optimize a wide range of equipment while working with the resources of a fully integrated mechanical contractor.This is an opportunity to build a long-term career, grow your technical expertise, and be part of a team that's helping build and maintain what comes next!What You'll DoService, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems including RTUs, boilers, chillers, AHUs, VAVs, and exhaust systemsDiagnose mechanical, electrical, and controls issuesTroubleshoot BAS, controls, and sensorsPerform preventative maintenance, inspections, and quality controlRead blueprints, wiring diagrams, and control schematicsRespond to emergency service calls and minimize customer downtimeDocument service work, findings, and repair recommendationsEnsure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local mechanical codesCommunicate effectively with facility managers, engineers, and project teamsWhat You Bring4+ years of commercial HVAC experience with equipment such as RTUs, boilers, MAUs, AHUs, fans, pumps, cooling towers, VRV/VRF systems, VFDs, automation systems, and/or chillersUnderstanding of hydronic systems and DX cooling circuits/componentsEPA Universal Certification or other relevant HVAC certificationsWhy RK?Build bigger.
