Scooter's Coffee in Evansville, IN is looking for an Amazing District Manager to lead the store managers of our three locations (Evansville, Mt. Vernon, and Jasper) and help our teams be Amazing!

As our District Manager, you will:

• Oversee the store managers of all three locations and keep them on task, motivated, and accountable
• Ensure every store and manager is prepped and ready for each promotional campaign and product launch
• Create and manage performance bonus programs that reward and develop our store managers
• Coach, train, and develop managers into Amazing leaders
• Travel between locations regularly to support your teams and uphold brand standards
