Shining Steps ABA is actively seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing St. Louis, Missouri team. We have an immediate need for a clinician with evening availability to support our rapidly expanding caseload. What You’ll Do Conduct comprehensive ABA assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Provide caregiver training and ongoing family support. Analyze treatment data and make clinical recommendations. Collaborate closely with our clinical leadership team to ensure high-quality services. Complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner. Maintain BACB ethical and professional standards. Qualifications Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Missouri BCBA licensure (or ability to obtain). Reliable transportation for local travel. Strong communication and leadership skills. Experience supervising RBTs and working with children with autism is preferred.
