Project Manager II - Salt Lake City, Utah Full‑time position requiring oversight of medium‑ to large‑scale projects in the electric sign trade. The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring schedule, budget and performance requirements are met while coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and clients. Responsibilities Develop project schedule baseline plans, budgets, and resource allocations. Define project scope, manage change requests, and maintain project documentation. Coordinate and manage vendor relationships and change orders. Monitor progress against baseline, identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions. Conduct quality assurance activities to meet contractual and regulatory standards. Prepare and deliver project status reports and post‑project closeout reports. Lead project teams, provide training, and hold contractors accountable for delivery commitments. Ensure compliance with payment schedules and resolve open items upon project completion. Requirements Associate’s degree in Project Management or related field. Minimum 6–10 years of professional experience within the electric sign trade, or equivalent experience. Project management and supervisory experience required. At least 5 years of construction experience, including knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant regulations. Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, time‑management, conflict, and crisis‑management skills. Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to set and abide by schedules. Strong math and budgeting skills. Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Google Mail, and other communication applications; experience with Gantt charts. Working knowledge of Yesco products and procedures across multiple departments. Additional Information This is an on‑site position; employees will spend time at job sites, in the office, and in the shop. Company follows a drug free workplace policy and conducts marijuana testing. Employees will receive training such as Intro to Project Management and Project Manager BootCamp, and may attend additional courses approved by HR and management.
