Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (LTCA) – Glendive, Montana, United States – Start 09/14/2026 – 13 weeks travel assignment – $1,452–$1,519 per week – 36 hours guaranteed per week – Days shift in a long-term care / nursing home setting. This is a travel temporary assignment with placement in a long-term care environment that values collaborative, patient-centered rehab services.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct, supervised occupational therapy assistant support under the supervision of an OT, delivering therapy interventions to residents in a long-term care setting.
- Assist with implementing and progressing treatment plans to improve activities of daily living, mobility, range of motion, balance, and functional outcomes.
- Prepare treatment areas and equipment, maintain infection control, and assist with patient positioning, transfers, and safe handling as needed.
- Document resident progress, observe for changes in status, and communicate significant findings to the supervising OT and care team.
- Collaborate with OT, nursing, and rehab staff to ensure continuity of care and alignment with resident goals.
- Support residents and families with education and guidance to promote engagement in therapeutic activities and safety in daily routines.

Requirements
- Active Montana licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or eligible for licensure.
- Ability to work effectively in a long-term care setting with older adults and residents with diverse rehabilitation needs.
- Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
- Availability to fulfill a 13-week travel assignment with guaranteed hours and daytime shifts.
