Senior Currency Administration Implementation Specialist The Senior Currency Administration Implementation (CAI) Specialist takes the lead project management role for new business implementations, particularly focusing on Currency Administration clients. The role involves client engagement and ensuring an efficient, transparent, low‑risk onboarding process. It also requires coordinating all parties during the implementation phase with extensive collaboration across internal and external stakeholders worldwide. Responsibilities include: Global CA Implementations Operations Management Business Analysis and Facilitation Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent required. 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience. Experience in the financial services industry. Knowledge of BBH's business, practices, and systems, a plus. Knowledge of project management principles, practices, tools, and techniques. Experience with standard desktop tools, including Microsoft Office. Extremely strong attention to detail. Strong consultative and advisory skills, with an ability to work and communicate professionally with internal and external clients. Capability to handle multiple and conflicting priorities, while meeting deadlines. Ability to interact with internal and external clients globally, in a professional manner. Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and project‑management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Salary Range $80,000 - $120,000 + annual target bonus BBH and its affiliates’ compensation program includes base salary, discretionary bonuses, and profit‑sharing.
