The Role As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at My Psychiatrist Lake Nona, you will provide outpatient psychiatric care within a collaborative, physician-led environment designed to support both clinical excellence and operational efficiency. You will: Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a diverse psychiatric patient population Provide medication management and ongoing psychiatric care Collaborate closely with Psychiatrists, Therapists, Psychologists, Care Coordinators, and Clinical Leadership Maintain clinical documentation using AI‑assisted tools and modern systems Participate in an integrated care model built around access, continuity, and patient outcomes This is not a production‑line environment. This is a structured clinical system designed intentionally around sustainable, high‑quality care.
