What You'll Do

• Greet customers and assist with their service and repair needs.
• Review technician findings with customers and obtain authorization for recommended repairs.
• Prepare accurate repair orders and keep customers informed throughout the process.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient service.
• Deliver a customer-focused experience from vehicle check-in to final delivery.

What You'll Bring

• We prefer familiarity in a service advisor, customer service, or automotive role.
• Customer-focused approach and a commitment to providing outstanding customer care.
• Maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards.
• 1+ years of experience with vehicle systems, maintenance schedules, and repair services.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The Annual Estimated Earnings Range is $64,500.00 - $161,800.00.

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commissions off Individual Sales, Individual Gross Profit, and Bonuses based on Individual Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, and Flat Rate Hours.

Actual pay offered will be based on skills, qualifications, experience, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
