Restaurant Server

As a Restaurant Server, you can expect to earn $12/hour plus tips. We offer fantastic benefits and perks such as Hilton team travel benefits and a 401(k) with a 4% match. Located in Layton with beautiful mountain views, we are Utah's premier event facility. Our conference center is conveniently attached to the award-winning Hilton Garden Inn hotel in order to serve both our local guests and those coming from further away. What It's Like To Be A Restaurant Server
As a Restaurant Server, you are responsible for ensuring that our guests receive the best possible dining experience. You maintain a good working relationship with both our residents and staff, ensuring that everyone feels welcome and appreciated. Additionally, you're held to the highest standards of accuracy and sanitation when it comes to handling food, ensuring that all company procedures and government regulations are strictly adhered to. Knowing that you're helping to create an unforgettable dining experience for our guests makes you feel so good!
Are You A Good Fit For This Restaurant Server Job?
The knowledge and skills required for this full- or part-time dining position are:
- Willingness to complete food safety certificate as well as alcohol training
- 21 years of age or older (beer and wine for purchase)
- Customer service/food service experience is preferred but not required.
