Quality Systems Engineer

Location: Mesa, AZ JX Advanced Metals USA is a global leader in advanced materials supporting the semiconductor industry. Our Mesa, Arizona facility is focused on high-quality manufacturing, continuous improvement, and integrated management systems. We are seeking a Quality Systems Engineer to support our Integrated Management System (IMS) across quality, environmental, and safety processes. This role plays a key part in maintaining system compliance, supporting audits, and driving improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Support and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) Assist with internal, external, and customer audits Track and follow up on corrective actions and audit findings Support root cause analysis and process improvement initiatives Maintain document control for procedures, work instructions, and records Analyze system and process data to identify trends and risks Partner with engineering and operations to ensure compliance with ISO and IATF 16949 standards Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field) preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, quality, or systems environment Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and/or IATF 16949 preferred Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills Ability to work cross-functionally in a team environment JX Advanced Metals USA, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
