Job Description Job Title: Senior Procurement Category Manager Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 office days a week) Working location: Indianapolis, IN The Senior Procurement Manager (SPCM) role manages a team of procurement professionals to develop and execute global sourcing and category strategies that deliver cost savings, supplier performance improvements, and long-term business value. The Senior Procurement Category Manager will lead high-impact negotiations, oversee complex commercial activities, and ensure supply chain competitiveness, compliance, and resilience. What you will be doing: Lead supplier negotiations, strategic sourcing, and category management to drive cost, quality, and delivery improvements. Develop and execute sourcing strategies that align with the company goals and deliver measurable value. Manage supplier relationships, ensuring performance, compliance, and long-term collaboration. Oversee cost-reduction initiatives and risk mitigation plans to ensure commercial resilience. Guide and develop a team of strategic sourcing professionals to build capability and drive results. Collaborate across business functions to align procurement strategy with organizational priorities. Support ongoing process improvement and best-practice sharing across the global procurement network.
