Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSenior Azure Integration Developer (.NET) *This is a 2-month contract position *Remote position w/ occasional travel – Local to Middletown, PA only, please *We are not considering Corp-to-Corp (C2C) arrangements for this position Responsibilities Responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and supporting enterprise integration solutions using Microsoft .NET, C#, and Azure cloud technologies, middleware systems, document storage and retrieval solutions, cloud hosting, and other related technologies to ensure seamless interoperability and optimal performance.Analyze solution components and their respective integration models.Assess integration options for high-volume processing.Apply best practices for leveraging on-demand open APIs.Identify opportunities to reduce the need for data replication and integration.Drive continuous improvement by enhancing technical integrations, streamlining data flows, and optimizing system performance.Lead the development and implementation of complex solutions that meet tolling project requirements by leveraging CRM systems, Azure cloud services, IVR technologies, and integrations with external systems as needed.Design and implement robust integrations between SAP CRM systems, Azure cloud services, IVR systems, and various external systems, such as payment gateways, backend databases, and traffic management systems.Design and optimize IVR systems to enhance tolling customer interactions and operational efficiency while ensuring seamless integration with CRM and tolling backend systems.Fully document all work associated with this position, including technical and functional designs, diagrams, test plans, test scripts, impact analysis reports, lessons learned, best practices, and any other required documentation. Documentation must follow the prescribed formats and templates.Adhere to and follow all applicable organizational standards, policies, and procedures.Perform additional tasks and duties related to this position and role as assigned.Minimum ExperienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.At least 8 years of experience as a developer or in a similar role, with knowledge of Azure cloud solutions, IVR systems, and integrations with external systems, specifically in tolling projects.Strong understanding of Microsoft government and commercial cloud platforms, including Azure IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS offerings.Extensive experience designing and implementing integrations with external systems in tolling environments, such as toll collection systems and traffic management systems.Desired SkillsetAt least 10 years of experience developing complex system integrations for high-volume organizations using SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Microsoft Azure cloud hosting solutions.Design, develop, and maintain enterprise integration services using C# and .NET 8 or supported .NET Long-Term Support (LTS) versions, along with ASP.NET Core Web API.Develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and custom middleware components.Build Azure Functions using Service Bus, timer, and Blob Storage triggers.Develop reusable components, shared libraries, and integration frameworks.Implement JSON/XML payload transformations, validation, and data mapping.Demonstrate strong hands-on experience with Azure Service Bus, including queues, topics, subscriptions, sessions, and dead-letter queues.Design and implement secure REST APIs following enterprise API standards.Follow clean coding principles, SOLID principles, design patterns, and secure coding standards.Demonstrate hands-on experience with IVR system design, development, and optimization, preferably in tolling or similar customer-facing environments.Possess a solid understanding of tolling industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.Required Skills/Knowledge/Experience:Developer with knowledge of Azure cloud solutions, IVR systems, and integrations with external systems, specifically in tolling projects — Required, 8 years.Strong understanding of Microsoft government and commercial cloud platforms (Azure), including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS offerings — Required.Experience designing and implementing integrations with external systems in tolling environments, such as toll collection systems and traffic management systems — Required.Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
