Commercial Product Owner - Open & Semi Open Loop

What We NeedCorpay is currently looking to hire a Commercial Product Owner — Open & Semi-Open Loop within our SVS division. This position falls under our SVS Global Product / Commercial Product line of business and is in Louisville, KY. In this role, the Commercial Product Owner will own the commercial and product lifecycle for open loop and semi-open loop prepaid card products, helping move product ideas from concept through business case, prioritization, delivery, launch, and ongoing performance monitoring. You will report directly to the Commercial Product Leader / Hiring Manager and regularly collaborate with SVS Product, Engineering, Implementation, Sales, Solutions B2B, Operations, external partners, and corporate partner teams.How We WorkAs a Commercial Product Owner — Open & Semi-Open Loop, you will be expected to work in a virtual environment.Corpay will set you up for success by providing:Company-issued equipmentFormal, hands-on trainingRole ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities of the role will include:Owning the commercial product lifecycle for open loop and semi-open loop prepaid card productsTaking new product ideas or concepts and moving them through SVS’s product evaluation processDocumenting product details, requirements, terms, collateral, pricing, business case inputs, and partner informationBuilding and maintaining product matrices and sales-facing materials that clearly outline available products and how they can be positionedEvaluating product opportunities by reviewing profitability, margin potential, competitive landscape, costs, impact, and market fitPartnering with Engineering, Implementation, Sales, Operations, Solutions B2B, and external partners to move product work forwardOrganizing stakeholder conversations, capturing follow-ups, recapping decisions, and translating discussions into clear project plansSupporting roadmap prioritization and helping determine whether product ideas should move forward or stopTraining and enabling Sales teams on product offerings, positioning, pricing, and go-to-market considerationsMonitoring launched products for adoption, distribution, revenue performance, and opportunities for improvementQualifications & SkillsMinimum of 5 years of experience in product ownership, product management, project management, business analysis, consulting, commercial product, or a related roleBachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent hands-on experience may be consideredStrong organization, documentation, follow-up, and project planning skillsExperience taking a product, program, initiative, or business idea from concept through execution or launchAbility to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, decisions, product details, and competing prioritiesStrong cross-functional communication skills with the ability to partner across Sales, Engineering, Operations, Implementation, Product, and external partnersAbility to evaluate business opportunities, understand commercial impact, and think through pricing, profitability, margin, revenue, or business case considerationsComfort working in a complex, evolving environment where structure may need to be created from the ground upStrong critical thinking skills with the ability to turn vague ideas into clear plans, recommendations, and go/no-go decisionsExperience using AI tools in a thoughtful, accurate, and responsible way preferredExperience in prepaid cards, payments, fintech, gift cards, stored value, incentives, card issuing, or partner-heavy product environments preferred but not requiredPay Transparency The expected salary range for this position is $110,000.00 – $137,000.00, based on the candidate’s work location. This range reflects a good faith estimate of the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting. The final offer will be determined based on job-related factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable market conditions. Compensation may vary based on geographic location and will be confirmed during the hiring process.
