Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified Expirenced person to join us for the Dental Front Desk Supervisor position.
The ideal candidate must be a self-starter, a team player, and a natural leader who is friendly, caring, and reliable.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
**checking in and greeting patients in a courteous and warm manner
**managing/booking a productive daily schedule
**collecting deductibles, copays and outstanding balances
**verifying insurance and breakdowns of dental benefits and entering in Dentrix
**checking and managing insurance benefits, Pre-authorization, Treatment plan & Billing
**The ideal candidate must be highly organized, have excellent customer service and communication skills in person and on the phone.
**Dental experience is required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or from a school certified by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to provide high-quality patient care
