Bilingual Therapies is seeking dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapists (OTs) to support students during the 2026–2027 school year. We are currently hiring for two full-time openings and are looking for professionals who are passionate about helping students develop the skills needed to participate successfully in their educational environments.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate students and determine eligibility for occupational therapy services
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and IEP goals
• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student-centered planning
• Support students in developing fine motor, sensory, self-help, and school participation skills

Qualifications

• Active Washington Occupational Therapist License/Certification Required
• Must be fingerprinted through OSPI
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Ability to effectively support students across a variety of grade levels and needs

Caseload: Up to 30 Students
Work Setting: Onsite Only

License Requirement: Active Washington OT Licensure/Certification Required
Credentialing Requirement: Must be fingerprinted through OSPI
