As we continue expanding our U.S. operations, we are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and hands-on Commercial Operations & Field Support Specialist to help support the backbone of our commercial organization.

About the Role

This is a highly visible, cross-functional role that supports the movement, coordination, and operational readiness of medical aesthetic devices, demo units, commercial materials, and field support activities throughout the United States.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the Sales team, CEO, COO, HR, International Operations, vendors, and warehouse/shipping partners to help ensure devices, materials, and operational workflows are coordinated, organized, and execution-ready at all times.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, building processes from scratch, solving operational challenges, and supporting field sales execution in a rapidly growing environment.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Commercial Operations & Field Support

• Support the U.S. commercial team by coordinating the shipment and movement of aesthetic medical devices, demo units, consumables, and related operational materials throughout the U.S.
• Work closely with Sales representatives to provide shipment visibility, tracking updates, anticipated delivery timelines, and operational support so they can effectively communicate with customers
• Help ensure demo devices, sample units, collateral, and operational materials are organized, prepared, and delivered on time for customer meetings, trainings, trade shows, and commercial activities
• Partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to support day-to-day operational execution and field readiness

Shipping, Logistics & Inventory Coordination

• Coordinate incoming shipments of medical devices from China to the U.S. and manage outbound shipments to customers, trade shows, field representatives, and other designated locations nationwide
• Maintain visibility over inventory movement, deliveries, shipment tracking, and operational assets to minimize delays and support operational efficiency
• Coordinate logistics related to repairs, replacements, returns, and service support in partnership with technical and service teams
• Work with shipping vendors, warehouse partners, and operational providers to ensure smooth execution and timely deliveries
• Help oversee warehouse organization and operational readiness of inventory and materials

Trade Shows, Trainings & Commercial Events

• Coordinate operational support for trade shows, customer events, internal meetings, trainings, and commercial activities
• Ensure devices, materials, signage, collateral, and operational supplies are shipped, tracked, organized, and ready for execution
• Support event setup readiness, shipment coordination, post-event follow-up, and operational logistics for field teams and leadership

Process Improvement & Operational Excellence

• Help create, document, and improve SOPs, operational workflows, and organizational processes as the business continues to scale
• Support the development of operational structure, accountability, and tracking visibility across recurring activities
• Assist with vendor coordination, purchase requests, invoice follow-up, and operational administrative support
• Help maintain a highly organized, execution-focused operational environment

What You Bring

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, logistics coordination, commercial support, shipping, warehouse operations, or related operational roles
• Experience supporting medical devices, preferably within the medical aesthetics or aesthetic device industry
• Experience coordinating shipments, inventory movement, tracking visibility, and operational logistics across multiple locations
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment
• Experience building or improving operational processes and SOPs
• Experience supporting trade shows, customer events, trainings, or commercial field teams preferred
• Familiarity with FDA-regulated medical device environments preferred
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Comfortable working closely with Sales teams, leadership, international teams, and vendors
• Proficiency with shipment tracking systems, inventory systems, CRM, ERP, or related operational platforms preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines with professionalism and urgency

• Bilingual Mandarin is a plus but not required
