Position Summary We are seeking a motivated Commercial Inside Sales Representative to develop and close sales opportunities for garage doors, commercial systems, and Phantom Screens. This role blends proactive sales outreach with essential administrative follow-through to drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Proactively generate and qualify commercial sales leads. Research and pursue new opportunities with property managers, contractors, architects, and developers. Conduct outbound calls, email campaigns, and virtual presentations. Manage the full sales process from initial contact through negotiation and closing. Handle approximately 25% administrative tasks, including CRM data entry, quoting, and scheduling. Collaborate with installation and service teams to ensure seamless project execution. Provide regular reports on sales activity and pipeline status to leadership. Requirements Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in building materials or construction. Strong social skills, empathy, and the ability to build long‑term relationships. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Self‑motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong attention to detail. Knowledge of garage doors or retractable screens is a plus.
