Tax Analyst

POSITION: Financial Analyst FULLTIME/PARTTIME: Fulltime hours LOCATION: Pennington, NJ & Jacksonville, FL (Hybrid 3days a week onsite, 2 remote) SCHEDULE: 8am-4:30pm EST Contracted: 10/05/2026- 02/26/2027 PAY RANGE: $25.90 an hour paid weekly (Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Base pay information is based on market location.) Job Description: Consumer and Wealth Tax Operations Statement Team is responsible for the production of ~4,500,000 tax reporting statements and forms. Responsibilities include but are not limited researching, resolving, and validating the integrity of tax entries and tax income data housed on the tax reporting database. This data is then used to produce our tax statements and reported to the IRS, Puerto Rico, and various states. This will include daily monthly and annual report validation for numerous internal processes. Weekend/Weekday overtime is required when necessary and especially during tax season, January through April.
