Group Art SupervisorThe Group Art Supervisor is a senior team member who oversees multiple brands or significant portions of a large account while mentoring and elevating art talent across teams. They demonstrate advanced conceptual thinking, strategic fluency, and deep brand expertise. The Group Art Supervisor plays a critical role in translating high-level creative direction into cohesive, strategically sound work across projects and channels. They partner closely with Associate Creative Directors and Creative Directors to ensure creative excellence, operational efficiency, and team development. They are highly trusted in client interactions and regulatory environments and are looked to as a cultural and creative standard-bearer within the department.
